This month, we unveiled a brand-new menu celebrating the best of Scottish seafood — from North Sea Cod Wellington to Arbroath Smokie Croquettes - prepared with Chef Adams signature flair.

Our chefs have reimagined classics with creativity and care, using locally sourced produce and bold flavours that reflect St Andrews’ shoreline. Whether you joined us for a long lunch or a late-night supper, September was all about rediscovering what makes Dune a favourite for fresh, honest, and exciting food.

The highlight of September behind the bar was our limited-edition Star Field cocktail and shot — celestial-inspired drinks that brought a touch of sparkle to FSs’ Starfield event.

We are from California, and for our last night’s dinner we found a seafood restaurant. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. We truly enjoyed our meal at Dune Restaurant.
